I just woke up from a nap. I had a terrible dream. The surgery I worked in was larger and had three stories instead of two. It was dark because everyone else doing presentations for the local population. Strangely, my father and sister were there (FWIW IRL they never get on with each other). I was the only one seeing patients that afternoon. I couldn't use my own room because it was being used for a presentation. The practice manager had to find me a small room in a random location. Because it was dark and the new layout was strange to me, it took forty minutes to find my room. The patient I saw had just come from the hospital and still had a her drip in her arm. She was black. I had to go find something and when I wentto go back to my room, I had gotten lost again and it took almost another forty minutes. She got fed up to the point she was leaving. My bosses weren't happy with this despite the fact that I explained it was all new to me, dark, I didn't have my own room and kept getting lost. My job looked like it was in the balance.

Wind keeps blowing the rayburn out, so I have to keep resetting it. Plus the barbecue cover has been ripped to shreds so I've had to put it back in the shed.
