I'll never use Kwik-Fit again. They've changed my front tyres twice, and they've cocked up both times.

Saints Row 3 - when you're downloading hundreds of Mb for a patch, you have to wonder what state they originally released it in

Phone Santander about their crappy website's log-in requirements, can't get passed the security bit because it refuses to recognise the six digit DOB they asked for :x

Then I call O2 to pay my internet bill (there used to be a DD, they fcuked it up). Their system has forgotten the credit card I've been using for years, so I've to get that and enter the full details after going through the whole spiel again... We rely far too much on technology, don't we? :x

Just bought a 9CD unabridged reading of Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters. Only £1 so worth a shot :? . Loading it into iTunes shows that each CD contains about 99 tracks of about 30 to 40 seconds each. Problem is that the online music database that iTunes uses has different info for each of the 9 CDs (minor changes to authors' names, etc) which means I'm having to go through and rename all the tracks myself to keep them in order. :(

What about other software with a different database, would that work (Nero, CDEX)?

My housemate has a lovefilm account so Amazon won't let me sign up for one. Massive fail amazon. Different name, different bank account, probably a different person.
OR does it mean you can have as many computer, as many portable devices as you want on 1 account?

Flickr [LIFTED] started it.

No I don't want to look at "notes" over a photo. aka random internet guff typed by morons in the way of the image.

YouTube saw it and ofc thought, everyone loves captions! Especially when they're sexist! And what would be really cool would be to tell someone how to exit full screen mode.

FOR TEN [LIFTED] MINUTES IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERY VIDEO YOU FULLSCREEN

And then Facebook thought, everyone's photos would look better with a nice pop up transparent bar that say THIS IS A [LIFTED] PHOTO, YOU'RE LOOKING AT A PHOTO What do you mean you can't see it?

DEAR INTERNET, I CAN'T SEE YOUR IMAGES, LOVE LM

Or give Blockbuster a look, they've certainly been faster for me.

What is it with Android browsers? Found one you like? Watch it crash like George Michael.

Found one that doesn't crash? It doesn't play nice with videos :x

Surely not a Flash related complaint?

It seems to be a real problem for Firefox in that regard, works as badly as usual for the other browsers...

During my weekend spending spree, I also purchased the Battlefield 3 premium pack, as I couldnt be arsed with getting each update/DLC pack as they appeared and I quite liked the idea of just one purchase and when they are released (well you get 2 weeks early access) they are available immediately.
Thus I go on line and play a few games and boy the abuse from some players because I had the premium pack. It was as if i had molested their mother.
Did I buy the instant upgrade packages for the classes to get all the goodies.. no, as I quite like the idea of actually earning all the upgrades. even if its going to take me a while

Some people really need to chill out. I spent a whole session just trying to kill one guy who was a bit mouthy and he just couldnt hack it a very average player like me was just handing his buttocks on a plate to him with a mediacre loadout.  Long range sniper duel FTMFW!!

PC, PS3 or Xbox?

I went on the other day (Xbox) and nearly everyone was a Premium player.

I have also now bought the pack as it works out cheaper.

To quote a song title by the Long Blondes
"Once and never again"

Have a look at blackcircles.com (if you go through Tesco you can get clubcard points) they do a much better service and you can get a place to fit it from a range

I started using another place, only because they stock the tyre I want (Falken FK-452's, budget price but performance trye) and were local and (most importantly) convenient
