Yes. And no. IMO American TV comedy is getting far better (Arrested Development, The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret, East Bound & Down, etc) - whereas movies are waning, but mostly because of demand from those who lap up the recycled stuff from Rogen & co.

That said, MacGruber made me me near crap myself with laughter. But be warned, it is certainly an acquired taste.

I clicked content and review. Being honest, I only listen to reviews from people I know and who's judgement I trust.

I would never watch a programme just because someone happened to be appearing in it. I haven't got enough hours in the day as it is...
