That right there is why Activision doesn't deserve your money - taking the most popular map and using it to coerce you into preordering the sequel, probably hindering matchmaking in the process. Well, hindering it even further.

Quite a few of my mates have pre-ordered it. I'm debating whether to buy it on the day of release or pre-order. The last time I pre-ordered, it arrived two days after release day.
