Where is this continent called 'retail'  I should get it free having just bought a new Mac but I suspect they won't get the 'claim your free copy' web page up and running for a few days...

There should be an 'up-to-date' link when the release goes live. You put your details in, they get checked, you get a code e-mailed to you which you put in at point of purchase to redeem the install. Apparently, it went live a little prematurely and was taken offline fairly rapidly, but not before some had actually got the redemption codes. Mark

Ah, I didn't read your post about it being pulled. When I went on the other day the sign up page was available and asking for serial numbers etc...

Depends what time in California it is launched. If it's midnight then it should be out now. If it's 8am (which is probable) then it'll be 4 this aft.
