I know I'm probably talking to myself here, but Canon have released a firmware upgrade for the EOS 7D.

I updated mine the other day with no problems although some peeps failed to follow the clear and concise instructions and had a few problems. There's a new manual as well - released a few months ago and includes the firmware updates.
