Spam filters for Mail

I've recently started receiving a fair whack of spam that neither my hosting nor Mail seems to pick up on. Part of the problem appears to be that it is done to look as though it were sent from my email address. Does anyone have any recommendations for dealing with this?

Filter anything with a From: of yourself, if you don't send yourself e-mails too often?

I'f your edress is being spoofed probably the best solution is to create a rule so that anything coming from your edress goes in to the junk folder.
