Gut feeling is early 90s but it's rather hard to tell. You could ask your lenting agent. I don't think it matters that much as it's fairly recent.

I took a guess for ours, since i's about right and I figure for contents-only it doesn't matter too much. It's near enough to the best of my knowledge.

Bistards Try Quick Fit. They are annoying and persistant but you should be able to haggle (tell them I sent you) and demand free key insurance (worth £16 for the year) as well. Underwritten by AXA who also have a single item limit of £1,500. Al

NFU never asked me any of these questions, but like I said, they're not the cheapest. Contents insurance is the only insurance I have that's not a legal requirement, which probably goes a long way to explaining why I actually concern myself with the actual cover provided and pay a bit more!
