You could have deleted it yourself. It was spectacularly badly judged.

I saw it 5 minutes after posting, I'd have deleted it myself if I could have done.

I'm sure it was just a moment of not thinking, but it was a message about how she hoped Lev's wife had started talking to him. I hope for Lev's sake she didn't see it.

I did in the end.
The internet here is so slow it makes dial up look fast. Some sites like X404 load quickly, ones like facebook take ages.
I decided to post here hoping she could remove it quicker than I could.

Just got to wait until tomorrow to find out if the missus saw it before I deleted it. :?

But I don't always notice those straight away.

I'm hoping she hadn't finished putting our son to bed before I deleted it.

Also, my pain feels bad because it's *my* pain, but I also feel like a big whiner because someone very dear to me is going through one hell of a lot worse and my perspective feels skewed.

Did you actually get the pain killers you need yet? That's got to be the priority. My chemist can always get stuff next day but that's not much help either right now.

As for your friend's problems; there's always someone you can find who seems worse off. You have to think about yourself sometimes too because you're just as important as everyone else. Friends will always understand.

Yes, I found them this morning at Sainbugs in Notts and went straight out to get them and then take them. About 2 hours later I was the closest I've been to pain-free in about the last month, it has been fantastic and led to a very hyper day :)

I understand what you mean about Friends, I particularly care about this one and feel that "wishing I could take away the suffering" thing which never ends well. I know he'll understand, but I still feel a bit like I should get a grip, it's not like I've never been in pain before! *Hugs* back xx

The removal van alone cost us two grand, in 2010. Depends on how far you're moving of course. :|

On the other hand, when we moved from the rented house to the one we're buying (a few streets away), it cost me £50 for a Luton van for the weekend plus the cost of a few pizzas and crate of beers. ;)
