Morning all, Was on auto-pilot again this morning, and forgot to take an alternate route. Thankfully, most of the swampies must already be at the Bestival site, because the roads were ok.  ttfn

In work on my own today; not exactly how I wanted to spend my Saturday, but needs must when the devil vomits in your kettle.
It did at least mean I could go for an interview on Wednesday without alerting peopl to the fact that this was happening.

That's a new one on me. I will steal and use it for my own purposes, I think.  Morning. Backed up all my piccies now. It's taken me about 14 hours or so, and it took the clone system nearly five hours to copy something like 300GB of data. Don't ask me why, but there you go. All I have to do now is remember to use the backup as I intended. I'll give it a week. Afternoon/evening all.
Just came back from a friends wedding do to find that my neighbour has cut back a hedge & tree and left all the stuff blocking the only way out the back of my garden for me to clear up as it's my responsibility. Just what I needed as this has now filled my garden waste bin which won't now be emptied until a week on Tuesday. Oh well, that's going to make it hard for me to do any gardening this week.
Still, at least it's still quite nice weather.
Enjoy what's left of the weekend folks.

Morning. Bad night's sleep, which doesn't help after an early start. Bit worried about one of the cats. She's quite old now, and we think she might have started to lose her eyesight. Morning all.
It seems it became considerably murkier and greyer between me leaving the house and getting off my train. I feel rather underdressed, but I've made it to the office and so I only have to walk about the sum total of 200m outdoors to get home if the heavens do open.
I had Friday off too, which was nice, although the blood nurse did an impressively bad job on my arm. I saw my beloved tiggers on Saturday, which is always nice, and yesterday evening I got to catch up on DW. Dinosaurs on a mother [lifted] spaceship. Awesome!
Hope the moggy's alright, Hev.
