Morning all.

Still deaf in one ear this morning so booked myself in to the doctors tomorrow. It does make the office more fun though.

Morning.

Wanna go home, before I do something I might regret. Sicknote is stroking his ego, on the phone, in an uncomfortably loud voice.

I feel like bursting the bubble, which will send him into a strop and end up annoying several people (rather than just me, currently)

Fcuk it - misery loves company!

Morning all,

Great start to the work... went outside for a smoke and noticed that one of the tyres on my car was completely flat. Changed the wheel and I'm off out to get it fixed in a while.

Also need to start phoning around to find out if any local colleges are running a level 5 maths course this year, as my employers aren't doing it, (apparently, though this may well change) and I really need my level 5's sooner rather than later.

Oh well... have a great day everyone.

:)

Morning all.

I appear to have knackered my left shoulder and arm somehow. Very annoying.

Anywho, looks like the weather is on a bit of a downward spiral this week so enjoy the sunshine if you've got it.

Have a great day folks.

Morning all.

It's the little one's first day at school today so currently up, dressed & sitting around waiting to take him. Looks like I've got over an hour to kill though.
Then off to the docs to find out why I've got deaf in one ear.

Morning.

Booked moggie for the vet this morning. She seems to have rallied a bit overnight, and seemed almost her normal perky self first thing. Her appetite's undimmed, which is something. Still, best to get her checked out.

In other news, I have had an invoice paid, so I can pay some bills and put a bit aside for new toys. Now the planning begins for web site phase two with this client.

Onwards and Tuesday.

Morning all

Its the 40th birthday of a guy who works here. I know his sister-in-law to be from a previous job so yesterday she got in touch with me for his office address to send him a present. He's not big on birthdays so when I saw him in the canteen this morning I wished him happy birthday. Hew went bright red lol. Probably wonders how I know as well.

Happy start to the day.

C

About 10:30 last night I started getting some fairly severe stomach cramps. They've still not gone away and in the mean time I have not slept well at all. Cursed IBS; the Mebeverine isn't even touching it.

Morning.

Penny-puss visited the vet yesterday. I have to say, the cat had perked up during the day anyway, and the vet confirmed she seemed in pretty good health. They did a blood test, which revealed she may have had an infection from somewhere, which kicked up the white cell count and caused a build-up of urea. Urea can cause loss of brain function, which would explain the dopeyness we'd seen. Anyway, today Penny is going to be rehydrated, to flush the urea hopefully, and have an antibiotic jab just to make sure the grollies are all dealt with. She's almost back to normal today, but better safe than sorry.

On my desk, I shall be wrestling various hard drives to get them to stop wrecking my photo libraries. So far it's 2-1 to the disks.

Onwards and sideways.
