Of course you don't eat chocolate, which is basically a sports/energy drink in solid form (sugar).

Very rarely. I try to avoid eating anything bad - only in moderation. I don't drink fizzy drinks either but do have the occasional rum & coke.

During the day I drink tea, coffee and water & try to avoid drinking anything after 9pm.

I buy them because of the sports cap, makes it harder to spill in the car (the bottles mean they're not an open container)

You can get water in those bottles. I'm tight, so I reuse the same bottle with chilled tap water. Sometimes with a splash of lemon, or even Ribena if I'm feeling really decadent.

You can, but the multipacks are more expensive (£1.30 for 4 bottles of the 'light' drink)

Isn't there an issue with some chemical leaching out of plastic bottles if repeatedly reused?

What you mean like there's an issue with Teflon seeping into your food from non-stick pans?

Like anybody cares about that....

Never really bothered with them. They're just another sugary soft drink, just at twice the price of the ordinary sugary soft drink because the label has a sprinter on it.

+1
