With all these forumites with cars, I can't help thinking that there should be a gathering of vehicles somewhere next year.

Sounds like a great idea. Not that I'll be attending, but it still sounds like a good idea. (8+)

Why not? We do this with the Crossfires - and I know other groups do the same. The general programme we have with Crossfires is to either go somewhere - like a museum (Duxford, Brooklands have been destinations this year), or a country house (we’ve been to Chatsworth and Sandringham), or to meet at a pub and drive to a destination. And, yes, cars are admired.

Bratty could bring his truck if he wanted to. It was just an idea - best done in the warmer months.
