3 dozen out of two million isn't a lot, might be worth waiting a bit to get a bigger sample set.

I think that the numbers might be closer to five million by now. Not sure of how many have been delivered by now.

It turns out that some 5 million have been sold, yet business analysts wanted to see more than 10 million sold.

Well I looked around and decided to get a 64Gb black iPhone. Opted to get it through Three on the One Plan. By doing it through a cash back site the upfront cost of £109 will be reduced to under £7. Even with the higher repayments which really offset the full cost of the phone and I get loads more minutes than I would get on a simple PAYG deal and for not much more over a two year deal.

Well, you know what they say. Those that can, do. Those that can't, analyse.

So how much did you end up paying per month?

So how much did you end up paying per month?

£42 per month on the One plan, 2000 any network minutes plus additional 5000 minutes to Three users and unlimited web and 5000 texts not that I ever use more than 5 a month.

A buy from Apple and install cheapest GiffGaff deal would cost £699 +£240 for (250 minutes per month) calls over 24 months totalling £939

Three's deal was £109 plus £1008 (24 months at £42) for (2000 minutes per month) calls/data etc, though the cash back (£102.50) will reduce that total to £1016. So the difference is £77 more over the two years which is only £3.21 per month for all the extra calls and I can tether my iPad as well.

If you like bass I would recommend a-Jays Two for £23. Good sound, nicely packaged, lots of ear size adapters and an anti-tangle flat cable.

Thanks for this - mine arrived 20 mins ago and they're great!

Cheers, Pete

My '5 arrived yesterday. Went with the Three Ultimate Internet 500 with an iPhone 5, 32GB.
I've got an Otterbox Defender Series case which should arrive today :D

I'm waiting for my number to transfer over from Tesco before I start using it, the excitement is quite hard to contain on this boring day in the office...
