I should point out that I mostly wear t-shirts even in winter - don't even like having my arms covered, never have done. Might be a bit of a Belfast thing, that.

That reminds me of a kid I knew in my sixth form. He always wore t-shirts no matter what the weather.

Well, I'm not running around in darkest winter without a jacket or anything, but 'chilly' doesn't bother me outside or not.

I do not feel the cold so much, though if it does get cold I have one of these. :D

My one is blue but they are nice and warm. Not really good for sub zero temperatures. I just feel like a smurf in it.

Despite my trying to save oil this year, I still believe that if you're in your house a t shirt suffices. If you need to put a jumper on, it's too [LIFTED] cold. We're tropical animals.

Middle : "What, you're only paying me how much?"
Right : "OK, somebody call my agent."

Obvious question - how do you go to the bathroom while wearing one of those things?

Well like most sleeping bags they are not designed for low temperatures. Though I found that wearing it when in a cold room with normal clothes underneath meant that I was not so cold that I was unable to concentrate.

http://www.sleepingbagsuits.co.uk/musucbag-classic-adults-blue.html reckon they're good for surviving at -9°C.

It says comfortable down to +9°C which is quite a warm night, and only a degree cooler than I ran my heating in the day.

I would want to remain comfortable down to about 3-4*C or at least whatever the temp is indoors when it's cold (maybe 4-5*C) outside and the heating's not been on for a week.

We're both quite cold after working outside in the wind and rain for the afternoon, indoors now we both have our jumpers on, a fire going in the dining room and we have a cup of tea. The rest of the house may be a bit chilly, but we'll be toasty in no time :)
