The guy pictured is a mechanic who was test driving a client's car as part of an M.O.T. test. He lost control and ploughed into a Ford Focus.

I don't remember a "test drive" being part of the MOT. You shouldn't be able to do that much damage putting it on to a ramp & back down (unless it fell off the ramp that is)
