Do those morons realise how much this will cost them in legal fees? Not to mention bad publicity and customer relations.

They will be the ones losing customers not the studios. The problem is that with the recession customers will cut back and find cheaper entertainment. In fact if you like computer games and are happy to play many times they represent brilliant value. Then add in online multiplayer and you could play for months for a lot less. Movies have to compete with so much else. I must admit I stream a lot of TV all legally.
