Post Adobe Mobile Packager help pls
We're having a spot of bother understanding some of the instructions on this installer.

Specifically: 3.3 Add C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Mobile Packager\cabsdk\bin to the user PATH

What do they mean by user PATH??

C:\Documents and Settings\USER-ID\Application Data\AdobeUM
