Yet the Tory Shires are complaining about their 3% cuts
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/conservative/9770908/Tory-shires-in-revolt-over-cuts.html when cities councils are facing much higher cuts. The Tories are trying to run the nation like a household budget but fail to appreciate that national accounts are nothing like household accounts. With the cuts going to cause huge pain for most the real question is who will the coalition scapegoat next? They have already started with the unemployed low paid and disabled so who next? I suspect that we will have a decade of unrest eventually becoming as vicious as in Greece or Hungary with the rise of UKIP and the BNP.
