IIRC some Elephant policies were much cheaper because they were 10 month policies, as in not paid for over 10 months, but actual 10 months worth of insurance. _________________Twitter Blogflickr

Auckland, North Island, New Zealand, Middle Earth. Insurance is very cheap here due to ACC. Although they collect most of their funds through Road Tax (Rego), it is generally cheaper for the end user than in the UK. And that even covers that insurance is elective.  It appears to be a great way to keep the lawyers at bay.
