Original actress, and yes, but it's common and it was just a result of a child actress growing up and everyone realising she couldn't act so they brought someone else in who could. It's common, I think Nick Platt is on his 4th regeneration.

Very annoying canned applause on that video. They repeat the se 2second clip about 8 or 9 times! Amazing though
