Morning all.

Back at work today (took yesterday off for Mrs saspro's birthday). Shedloads of stuff to do.

Where did you take her and what presents did she get?

Nowhere fancy. We just went out for breakfast and a walk.

She got a new mobile (with 2 years of line rental paid for), CD's & cook books

Went into the Osnatel office today, the installation went fine, but nobody came to check the connection and nobody phoned to ask if there were any problems. Technically first class, but it is missing that final touch to make the experience perfect.

I said that the connection was a bit faster than expected. He said they always turn the connection speed up a bit higher than is paid for, to ensure that you get "at least" what you pay for - there are exceptions, where the cable run is too long to achieve the quoted maximum speed, but where possible, they like to exceed the quoted maximum... Now that is what I call service.

If only that level of service was readily available in the UK.

It's all downhill from here then. Maybe dip-day would be better?

If you're looking at productivity then it's hump day.
Hump does work for morale as well.

Damn it's Monday - Is it only Tuesday - Yay Wednesday we're half way through - If it Friday yet (Thursday) - Will it please hurry up and be 5pm so I can go out (Friday)
