Quantum Jump is the band, and name of their first album. I just checked, and the cheapest used CD is £116. That's the cheapest on offer. The highest of the four is £797.   I wonder if anyone will ever buy it at that price? I sort of knew their track The Lone Ranger but didn't know the band. I remember the intro being popular and people trying to learn it as it was all one very long word.

I'd be lying if I said I remembered it It's a really catchy song, and funny in places. I've read the lyrics so now I see the gay sex and drugs references - I'd never have figured them out by listening! It's very tame stuff by today's standards lol. Well I chuckled. I'd probably fall about with laughter watching a horse smoke a pipe. If I'd been smoking said pipe, that is. Interestingly getting banned by the BBC was a badge of honour for some artists. It made them appear edgier. It also acted as a serious incentive by buyers to buy the record to get it to number one to embarrass the BBC. It was also amusing to see the number one not being played on the 'Top Of The Pops'.
