   | clickyit seems the average gamer (although still male ) is 30. I can remember PCformat saying in one of their surveys that their average reader was 35. So it still makes me an older gamer _________________Finally joined Flickr

   | Depending on what kind of games you're looking at, then cost must be a large factor. If I wanted to, I could now afford to spend £35 on a game a few times a year. I happen to choose to spend it on other things (whisky ahem), but my point being that when I was 17 or in my early 20s I didn't have anything like that kind of money!_________________jonbwfc's law: "In any forum thread someone will, no matter what the subject, mention Firefly." | I'm 30 and I'm a gamer.
On the BbC news was an 80+ year old lady who was playing games on her ps3.

Still impressed. One of the chaps I play COD with is in his early 50s.

   | Well In which case I am a 13 stepper. Still play games, yes it keeps the brain going. I do strategy games and so take my time playing but think through tactics. Also you can probably get the heart rate going a bit with some of the shooters and adrenaline gets a boost._________________Do concentrate, 007... "You are gifted.
