So, as a Mac Pro owner my Mac doesn't have an integral webcam.
Any recommendations for a half decent web cam so I can do Skype?

You could try and find an old Apple webcam on eBay.

They're quite expensive now, as they were withdrawn due to having materials that the EU banned in their construction.

When I had my Mac pro as my primary system, I had a web cam I think called an IceCam or maybe an IceyCam. As I recall that worked quite well.

I think it was the middle one of those three. I'd expect a Macally webcam to work pretty seamlessly with Mac OS, to be honest with you. The megacam one actually looks quite nice and is only 23 quid from Amazon.

I still have mine in mint condition, in its storage tube.

Mine is still perched on my monitor. I’ve not plugged it into my MacMini yet, though, really, I should.

The tube is around too, and the box.
