Yep, perfectly normal. That would usually be written WA8 9DA. I think that might be Warrington. As I say, Royal Mail will give you everything but the house number.

It could happen to anyone of us. Have you notified the member about their bad signature link?

The results are in (they've actually been in for some time so apologies for not posting this sooner).
Where did your top 'ships come in?

Mark

I can't complain about that result. My favourites all did well.

I spent I don't know how long reading all that, and then I noticed the top 50 robots and spent yet more time! I didn't recognise a lot of the robots, and there were far too many Transformers for my taste.

Nice to see K9 and The Tardis do well. I guess it's primarily a British readership?

Where the f is HK47?

It was not a criticism of you. You cannot be blamed for what has happened at a hosting site. It could just as easily happen to me.

No snow here for a few weeks either. I do have sympathies for those who are struggling getting to work.

Looks like it was all white from about about six inches north of here!

Luckily I have no wish to travel, and my friends who visited recently all came from the south. It's grim up north

Heard about that on the news on the way home. One of those things you look at and think 'that has to be 'shopped' but it's not.

My mother had a fall yesterday whilst crossing a (thankfully clear) road. She landed on her right knee and hand, which swung her round on to her left so she smacked her head against the road. Got up a bit dazed and was planning on going home. Just at that moment, my sister rang her to advise her to avoid a particular bus route and found out what happened. They rang me and I advised attendance to A&E based on the fact that she was unsure how she fell (denied tripping) and had blurred vision in one eye. Thankfully, her tests and x-rays were normal and she was allowed to go home.

Although I'm glad she's safe and sound, it's still a PITA because last night was supposed to be a time to catch up with friends for the first time since I started working. Sod's law and all that.
