If it happens this year, I'll post a Photoshop of me eating a hat.

I did wonder if posting a photo of Quentin Crisp would have been considered taking it too far!

I'm doing cold turkey, but I'm considering one of those e-cig efforts - do you think it really helps? He was a fine looking man! I'm glad you're back, Caz.

Red's been using the E-Cig and he's a month now without a cigarette, he said it took a little while to get used to the taste, but now he is, he tried smoking a real cigarette a couple of weeks after he stopped and he didn't enjoy it at all! Now just a couple of puffs of the e0cig and he's fine.

Thanks I didn't go anywhere nice in the States. It's not the sort of place you'd plan to visit. It could easily have been mistaken for Leicester or Birmingham apart from the accents & food portions lol

I've had a bad back for most of my life and have never experience this before. I also made a point of mentioning it to the doctor, although it's beyond me how an injury to my lumbar region almost 25 years ago can cause this; having said that, I'm no doctor.

I was thinking more upper back or neck if it's your chest which is hurting, I've had similar sounding pains because of my back being out.

Someone at work has just suggested it could be linked to stopping smoking I think he's just missing his smoking partner, although the thought of telling people I had to smoke "for health reasons" amuses me no end.
