I must be like most people and do not have any preference generally, but if I do a taste test I prefer Pepsi. Though I can tell the difference between toilet cleaner/cheap own brand coke and decent coke.

I did wonder how she drank it without realising. Most people could tell, surely?

I think it may have changed now, but Pepsi used to have saccharine in it. I can't stand the stuff - it tastes of burned plastic. Diet Coke used aspartame, which actually tastes really nice to me. I have no idea what German Coke has in it, since aspartame is banned there.

That was one problem with BK - the burgers were good, but the coke was horrible. Pepsi Max tasted a lot more like real Coke, but I don't really drink it any more so it may have changed. I've had one coke in the last 5 years, with the one McDonalds meal I had in the same time.

I could never tell the difference between Coke and Pepsi unless it was a taste test, tasting one immediately after the other. I can actually drink own brand cola's but some are really bad and so great for cleaning the toilet hence my earlier description. Though I think I would be able to tell if it was not even cola. Most of the time I cannot tell the difference between saccharin and aspartame.

As for the problems with the coke at BK, which had the better burgers also had gold blend coffee so that was great for me.
