I bic'd my head on Sunday, I just put on a hat for the cold ;)

I just use an electric trimmer without the guards and cannot be arsed to do any more. It only takes fifteen minutes or so.

Baseball cap here, don't like other hats, the other thing is the air-con in here leaves you with a glossy forehead

I use the electric trimmer then take a Wilkinson Sword to it - grows too quickly otherwise, and I'm double crowned.

I try to do it weekly but most weeks forget.

Which reminds me, I need to go and dig something out of the freezer for supper tonight. Not got a lot of inspiration at present.

Thank you, though part of me is hoping to get redundancy, new challenges and all that. Though it was one hell of a shock when I got to the office yesterday.

As I am at home today, I get to annoy the missus. 8-)

The chances are that if you do get a new job the pay will end up being lower. The redundancy might be on offer to everyone so those that they cannot afford to lose get a redundancy package and get recruited again.

What to do next....

I'm in debt, homeless and have no portable skills/profession. With only 2.5months left in my current situation, my mind has begun to worry about the summer and beyond.

Is there anything that we can do to help?

Basically my employers want to outsource their IT, they have decided to outsource the strategic side which my manager dealt with. My manager has had his contract cancelled but that has a 6 month notice period. Long story short, my manager was a sub contractor after he took voluntary redundancy a few years ago. I'm the only one up for redundancy. They might keep me on but they might not. Depends if they think they can outsource my role.

Outsourcing is not always the cost savings that they expect. Lets hope they see sense.

Second week in a row I've started getting a sore throat in work on Friday, nose has joined in by the end of the day and (I presume) second week in a row I'm going to feel cr@ppy and spend all weekend sleeping. I know my immune system is toast but this is just ridiculous!

I'd totally forgotten that Amazon would transfer my CD purchase to Cloud Player - now if only it wouldn't pause playback on Android tab change :(
