Apple loses Brazilian iPhone trademark ruling

Brazilian regulators have ruled that Apple does not have exclusive rights to use the "iPhone" trademark in the country.

The fact that the Brazilian company registered the trademark in 2000 means that the only ones who have any worries are Apples lawyers who should have sealed this deal years ago. I wonder how much they settle for?
