Quorn fillet is better than chicken breast because it is moist and chicken breast is just dry and tasteless. Quorn mince is not as good as real mince, that's for sure, but it's not bad. All the soy and other bean based substitutes are just no good as a replacement for meat and do themselves no favours in trying to be as they're perfectly good ingredients in their own right.

I think you need a new recipe. If it's dry, you're doing it wrong! Although I do prefer leg to breast. The darker meat does have more flavour.

Agreed, properly cooked, chicken breast is very juicy and tasty.

If I'm doing a casserole I use boneless chicken thighs for the flavor and lower price.

I have tried the beanfeast mince. It is not so bad, but then I use lots of spices so it tastes okay. If you are not used to it, it has a tendency to act like a scourer to your intestines. I do try it when I fancy cutting the red meat entirely.

Don't be telling me how to cook! Funnily enough I had a chicken breast last night as that's all there was in the shop and I was surprised at its moistness. I still wouldn't choose it though.

Nestlé are now also affected. They have had to remove 2 pasta dishes under the brand name Buitoni from the shelves in Italy and Spain.
