Just back from a gig in Worksop of all places. Played to probably our most disinterested audience ever, although we did sell some T-sirts and CDs afterwards.
At what point does still on after midnight become first post of the day?

Finishing off some bits on a website, sorting out a payment gateway and event management with the new upgrades then off to bed!

It was meant to be a nap. I have no idea when I am going to wake up, or how long I will sleep for. Though it has been a while since I had one of my 60 hour sleeps. I no longer have any sleeping patterns, so sleep whenever tired and for as long as necessary.

Cleaning my music drive. Moving 1.19 Tb of files is going to take 8 hours and I then have another 1.69Tb folder to clear. What to do while I am waiting?

wound up, can't sleep, fed up and upset. I *hate* being tirerd but unable to sleep!

Don't fight it, get up do things until you are ready to sleep. I know that tonight I will struggle to get to sleep, so am doing all my chores for the day. I will crash when I am finally tired. PTSD plays havoc with sleeping patterns. Luckily I do not have to conform to normal hours otherwise I will be exhausted during the day. One of those nights when I finally get around to sorting out my mail filters. Three hours down and 700 emails filtered, only another 345 to set up mail filters for.
