Yes driver error, though high vehicles also can have high centre of gravity which people forget about. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk.

Did you'll notice the Google home page today? Only it was animated. Can't find a link for it...

The young lad in the above situation might not be a 'challenge' for the priest, if you take my meaning

So I start my kids "soccer" coaching tomorrow, little nervous, I've done up a training plan and funnily enough was invited to play for a team Sunday and again Monday so I've had a good warm up for running around with them this week. Still, I haven't taken anything like this on by myself before and this week was the first competitive football I've even played in Australia. Wish me luck!
Ps I know not many of you are football fans but if you do have any tips, even as a parent of a kid who goes football training, I'd love to hear it.

mind the parents, some of them might turn violent if you red card their kids

The thing I've heard most about in the UK isn't having rules for the kids, it's having rules for the parents. I don't know if it'll be the same in Oz, but in the UK some of the parents have been taking little Johnny kicking the ball around far, far too seriously. Like assaulting people seriously. Muppets, obviously, but it happens. if the league doesn't already have rules about parent behaviour on the touchlines, you should probably think of some appropriate ones and be ready to communicate them to the parents if any of them are acting like idiots.

I love the little reminders just before you check out of the on-line stores.
"You usually buy Hula Hoops Meaty Faves 7x25g; Have you forgotten them?"
No - I was trying to resist!!

I just ordered a big shop, for the next few months, and I think I have under ordered flour and yeast. So it looks like a top up shop will be necessary in a couple of months.

I've just found out I have friends over for Easter, so I'll be doing a top-up shop next week. Mostly for beer, but probably Hula Hoops Meaty Faves too This week was the usual monthly shop, but from Sainsbury's because of free delivery and a £10 voucher. Also they sell some things other shops don't stock. I'll use Tesco next week because I've just received a load of vouchers for them. Isn't shopping interesting

That looks very much like the road at the back of Piccadilly Station, (I live in Manchester and have driven past there, on the way to work and home again literally hundreds of times) and it is a well known place to meet "ladies of the night".

That's a good point. I don't think it's quite the same here as the sport isn't nearly as popular as it is at home, but having said that I'm sure there are some English Dad's who bring their kids down so that situation definitely isn't out of the question.

Is the spit powered portal valve a reference to something? Slightly more down to earth, I thought this was very revealing: Internet Census 2012
