Deadwood - Enjoyed the first season, gave up in the second. Why the fcuk did it suddenly need ridiculously long sentences spoken with marbles in gob? They had an ongoing plot, everyone was established, and it was a hit show. 'We really need to mess this all up!'

Battlestar Galactica - where's the best place to start, I understand it's had a mini series and all sorts

http://thunderpeel2001.blogspot.co.uk/2010/02/battlestar-galactica-viewing-order.htmlI don't entirely agree with that list though - you can safely skip around the part about the Pegasus storyline (Razor) and The Plan, and just do miniseries, S1 through 4 and then pick up on any other loose odds and ends.

I'm glad you posted that in the sense that I'm not going to bother now, so thanks I had my doubts if it was gonna be my sorta thing anyway, so that made my decision for me!

That's a real shame - it's a superb piece of TV. Top 10% I'd say.

Same sort of thing as the Preacher Graphic Novels that pcernie owns and we know how far he's got with them.

£10 a day is very pricey. Though if you love your sport it might be an alternative. Though the current sports packages are not a great deal if like me you only enjoy a few sports. I would like to see the Tour de France but do not want to sign up to a years contract for what is just one months cycling. Though the NFL package for watching American Football is also very expensive, as a standalone in the UK.

I've just started Game of Thrones! I've also got designs on The Equalizer rentals since the box set prices are laughable... If nothing else, I subscribe to four different comics (Batman, The Dark Knight, Justice League and Clint), The Week, and Games TM! I like having a library, it's just that when I choose some form of media it's almost totally random and possibly years old

WTF are you wasting time with The Equalizer when there's so much good stuff waiting for you?
