Greetings. Still a snot factory here, but at least the modelling project has completed. The client will be collecting them later today.  So, with the prospect of a visitor, I have been compelled to tame the worst excesses of the kipple in the house. I've been round beating the dust bunnies down with the brush, and then hoovering up the remains. The place is almost respectable, but I reckon some serious decluttering will be required as the weather gets better. I'm fed up with living in a scrap yard. Morning all. 5 sleeps until flight time. Still in the packing and cleaning process. When we return from England we'll be getting ready to move house so we're trying to get as much prepared in advance as possible.

Finally this cold thing is shifting. Still snot and coughing, but I am beginning to feel human and alive again. I hate being ill.
In other news, it's sodding snowing here in Chavham again. I've decided to write off 2013 as a bad loss.

Afternoon all. 4 sleeps until flight time. Most of the packing done. House is clean. We can't eat, sleep or wear any clothes for the next 4 days, but we're ready to go!
Currently trying to find the easiest way to sync two Apple devices to one computer (in this case my Mac).

Afternoon all.
trying to get the house tidy for the parents visiting and as with most housework I'm struggling to get motivated. Plus the loaves of bread I made this morning appear to be a bit underdone. Bugger.
on the plus side it looks like the forecast for today and the rest of the week is looking quite good even if it is a bit on the cold side.

Evening all.
The joys of adding the parents and siblings tech to my locked down wifi network is starting to grate. On the plus side it's hopefully just Dad's laptop left to go when he remembers to bring it round.
in other news, baby brother is.back from his south American adventure, which is nice.
