Nice photos, Heather.

It is interesting, I can spot some forumites styles now. I shot straight to the end of the thread and worked back up, so I saw the photos first and by the second photo (the Morgan grill), I said, "Heather," to myself...

In a funny way, that really pleased me. It means I have developed my own style of photography without really trying too hard. :)

90s photos

Quite amusing. Looks very dated now. Almost like some of them were still in the 80s.

Ah, good times. I remember owning that copy of Rolling Stone.
And that kiss on TFI...

I'm doing the Practical Photography Camera School course again this year to force me to actually do something with my camera. Module one is a landscape shot. I went out yesterday evening and managed to get a small break in the rain to take a photo. The sky and ground were wildly different though so in the absence of clever filters I had to resort to five exposure and blending them afterwards. I used a natural preset and reduced green and yellow saturation to try to avoid that overcooked HDR effect.

I'm selling something on the local ebay equivalent. To rustle up a bit of interest I decided to tell a story as a slideshow in the gallery.

Shrek's spearfishing adventure.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

Well the auction achieved a bit of a following in the first few days, 150 views which is better than I was expecting. However I managed to gain attention from the powers that be and it was relisted as a COOL AUCTION on the homepage. It didn't sell but at close it had achieved almost 9000 views.
