Yes. Very. No 3G available on our little hillside, and Edge is a joke too. Tapatalk won't work on GPRS - at least not on my phone. It's an annoyance I'll have to live with, no doubt.

That used to be possible, until all the decent ones found better jobs elsewhere. Now it's a different chap every time you ring or email (they are 150 miles away), every last one of them terrified of making a mistake (or decision). Such is the environment they have to work in - they have my sympathy.

Well finally got around to talking to Sky about it. Went through the usual line test and what ever then somehow they did something and my upload speed trebled. The all-clear. I got mine today from the breast cancer curse and now my year can start again on the 1st May! I've been really looking forward to this day, it's just not sinking in terribly well at the moment.
