I think that you have to live there. Though I wonder how many will have been bought by buy to let landlords?

Yes well thought out rules that will help first time buyers. Though I wonder if those on long term benefits like the disabled could qualify, as they need homes as well.

Lots of disabled have quite high non means tested incomes from DLA etc. The income cap is quite sensible for those the low paid that live in the area. The fact that long term disabled are seemingly excluded from such deals could be illegal. Agreed.
