Morning.
We get our bank holiday on Monday. Someone, somewhere, decided giving the plebs a longer weekend was preferably to a day off in the middle of a week. Mind you, it's not stopped the Morris Men setting out from Blue Bell Hill to head into Rochester for the Sweeps' Festival. They saw the dawn in - dull and overcast as it was.
Onwards and sideways.

Morning. Getting up too early usually means I forget to sign in.  I shall be exercising my franchise later, since we have county council elections. I've made my choice of colour, bearing in mind not one of them has made the effort to canvass down our street, and whoever I vote for the blue one always gets in.
