Feel better soon HK *hugs* Soo Tired  Slept badly and had to wake up too early, want to try for an early night tonight...again! It's going to be a long day, but hopefully a quiet one, Conference rehearsals kick off in earnest today so the place is very quiet, looking forward to getting a lot of work done. ION one of our fish had babies last night and we've got dozens of the little teeny tiny fishies in the nursery tank  _________________The Official "Saucy Minx"  This above all: To Thine Own Self Be True "Red sky at night, Shepherds Delight"..Which is a bit like Shepherds Pie, but with whipped topping instead of mashed potato.

Morning all.
Working from home for a bit as I'm waiting for a plumber to come & check the waste pipe & vent for blockages.
Hopefully he'll be early so I can head in to the office.

Evening all, just off to bed. 4km run tonight.
Did I mention I signed up for a half marathon in 12 weeks without knowing if I could run 3km let alone 21.1? Turns out I couldn't, but I'm training hard and eating well and am massively determined to nail this and not walk any of it.
Lost 3kilos (roughly 6 pounds) in the first week, and I've already noticed my cardio getting way better. Going to keep doing what I'm doing and hopefully things go well. Rest day tomorrow, might go for a swim for something different.

It's company BBQ day so after a new client meeting I've got at lunchtime I'll be setting up the 5k rig in the garden area and blasting out the tunes.
