Afternoon. Managed to complete the Race for Life this morning. Finished in 40 minutes, didn't die and then went to the pub for lunch and a beer. Now home, have sat outside in the garden for a bit but it's too hot and I don't want to burn myself again, so considering a nap on the sofa while my left hip and right shoulder decide if they're ever speaking to me again!  _________________The Official "Saucy Minx" This above all: To Thine Own Self Be True "Red sky at night, Shepherds Delight"..Which is a bit like Shepherds Pie, but with whipped topping instead of mashed potato.

Morning Not nearly as energetic weekend as some but did have to lift lots of very heavy glasses of liquid over the period
