please define it, then identify it, then people can work out how to control it. Otherwise its like playing murder in the dark.  Due to the nature of the internet its effectively impossible to achieve.

Which is, of course, an entirely different genre of films. Quite so. Also, if they define what is not allowed, by implication everything else is allowed. And our politicians are loath to ever allow the rest of us more rights or protections from their opinion. It goes against their fundamental nature.

It is more like sound bites to be seen to be on top of the problem.
