I haven't been watching it myself, but my other half was very annoyed by the ending of The Fall last night.

Yes, that's 5 hours of my life I'll never get back! Seriously disappointed with that, I stuck with it despite it being incredibly slow, thinking that the final episode would be a cracker. It wasn't. If you haven't watched it yet, don't bother.

Cable literally blew a gasket a few weeks back and since it's not been so good. I hope it's only temporary. I got to watch about 4 mins of the show in the end before giving up.

I have had that problem with some channels on TVCatchup, I think it is down to insufficient network capacity from the channel, rather than your local connection. What I do if a channel is hard to watch because of such problems is switch to another channel to see if the problem exists on the other channel.
