Did you get checked for allergies? It might have been that. If it gets really swollen it might be something else. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk.

Erythromycin isn't particularly nice. The liquid formulation for kids tastes better than the penicillin version. The tablets for adults cause tummy upset and I tend to use clarithromycin which had fewer side effects but just as effective. Interestingly, the local antibiotic formulary was changed to favour clarithromycin instead of erythromycin, which is what I'd been doing for a whole year already.

I suffer from quite bad bug allergies and got a scar on my angle from a wasp sting. I get CD size hives from mosquito bites I import Parfenac (bufexamac based ointment) to put on any stings I get and that seems to work quite well.

Hmm.. on the theme.. Cricketer Ashley Giles had the nickname 'The King of Spin' (he was a spin bowler - if you don't know what that means it doesn't matter). When he retired, be got a company to make him some mugs with his nickname on them that he could give away as mementos to the people he'd worked with. He got the mugs back from the supplier to find they had all been made with 'The King of Spain' written on them.

No I went to the nearest walk in centre to the office after lunch to get it checked. If it was an allergy I doubt it would take 4-5 days to flare up as it did. cloaked_wolf: I know, it gives me a worse stomach than flucloxacillin but as I'd had a nasty reaction to penicillin about 14 years ago the nurse practicioner wasn't able to prescribe it, but I'll have plenty of upset stomach remedies at work should I need them.

Some Tayto Smokey Bacon crisps , and two pairs of Levis (hopefully, got a returns label anyway). What should have been a fantastic t-shirt order from Redbubble has turned into a DHL fcuk-up though, to the extent it'll probably be easier just to get my money back

A screen cover for my phone - no more greasy fingerprints and an ability to see the screen in sunlight! Where the hell do Sony get their screens... Some fly paper. It's really good, so far there hasn't even been a test subject

I found that screen cleaner and a microfibre cloth do just as good a job. I thought about a screen protector but felt that cleaning the screen occasionally was a cheaper option. I could done with some last week. This week not one.

No no, this is just a cheap bit of stick-on plastic. I'll probably have to wait ages now for a victim with the fly paper!

Yes what with it raining now no flies anywhere. As for the screen protector versus cleaning products, it is a matter of personal preference. I can never seem to get them on perfectly so prefer to clean the screen every few days.
