Me and the wife didn't watch The Voice. We did watch Holly Willoboobies though, and talked to each other during the "singing"

Willoboobies's uptight outfits in the first part were blamed for the drop in ratings of the show ;)

'Terror in the Skies' on channel 4 is really rather good. Despite the alarmist title, it's a really balanced view of airline safety and what can, and does, go wrong. Far from being sensationalist, it's very well produced and gives both sides to the story of what went wrong.

Catch it on 4oD - this was the 3rd episode, one more next Sunday.

I can still do my job while it's playing, and then there's always the pause button if I need to give more attention (8+)

Just been watching 'The Secret Life of The Sun'. I know it's ungentlemanly to ask but... has Kate Humble had some cosmetic work done, or is it the lighting in the lab they're using?

4OD is failing badly, so much so that The Returned won't even start playing, but it's repeated on 4seven later tonight so I'll catch it then.

The Returned has not dropped in quality since the first episode.
What a wonderful show so far.

I was playing Kerbal Space Program on Saturday and The Voice was on in the background. I looked over and saw someone woodenly bopping on stage singing woefully with The Script and wondered if they'd just plucked her from the audience for a laugh.

She won.

(Turns out she's almost blind so I felt a bit bad about the shocking dance moves but still......)
