Agreed. It's about what's best for our new home.

Sorry, I forgot browsers don't like "#" in the name. Original post now corrected with sensible urls.

#4 is not good. The others are much much better. My only worry is that when you shrink them down (especially #1) the text will be too small. I think #3 is the best of those four entries.

It's amazing how distinctive it is. My first thought was also "LOL Word".

Haha yeah, it has the basic, cartoon / word art effect. But I think you can easily tell a Photoshop one too

First bite at it, it could do with a little tidying.

OK, here's another, this one's based around a generic computer (my thinking is that the computer's "X" shape could represent x86 or Mac OS X)... I think I prefer my first effort, but this one is less platform-specific I guess. If I have time, might do another one, more text-only. We'll see... Some good ones so far though!

Got rid of the official logos, do you think we can get away with it as it is now or should i find something else to fill the gap with? I put the X404.co.uk in a suitably mac colour to appease you mac people, but then this logo cant really be related to an o/s anyway. I've just noticed that the second '4' is too close to the '0' =/
