Will she get it back?
Won't it be the property of her insurance company if they made a pay out?

The violin has been returned to Lark Insurance Broking Group which paid out after the theft but discussions are under way for it to be returned to Ms Kym soon

Presumably they're discussing what happened to the £1.2m. I can't imagine she's got it - she wouldn't own the violin, few players would have been able to afford to buy it on their own.
