Without the video it would have gone nowhere. The police would have covered it up. The compensation needs to be at least a six figure sum to make the police reform its policies. Otherwise it just becomes another overhead.

The American tourist who came forward with the video footage also deserves credit - had it not been for them then this would have been covered up.
