I was listening to Radio 4 Today programme this morning about the numbers of doctors applying to leave the UK. The numbers are up substantially and a lot is down to the negative public perception over their pay and conditions. When most people are facing serious drops in their standards of living the doctors have emerged relatively unscathed.
