Morning all,

The closed door meetings and strange visits are now over, and we know what is happening. From next month we will be part of a joint venture between our current parent company and the parent company of the firm who won the £280m island roads PFI. It guarantees the future of the business for the next 25 years and, hopefully, our jobs. We shall see.

Afternoon all.

It's great being at the old parents house. I have a dog to walk for a change (and the weather so far has been conducive to doing so).
I miss having a dog.

Have a great day folks.

Greetings.

This morning I am at the car menders to see if we can't actually figure out where the petrol leak is coming from once and for all.

In other news, I wish I'd started making models for people a long time ago. I'm getting to a point where I can't actually cope with all the work that's coming in! :o :D

Morning all

Ribs are still causing me a lot of discomfort but still at work. Hopefully they'll sort themselves out soon.

Greetings.

Today is a Wisley visit day. You can bet the clear skies and sunshine will be replaced by the overcast gloom being forecast by the time we get there.

Remind me to invoice a client later, please.

Caz, that's what you get for buying a Ford. Everyone's got one! :)

Good evening.

Saw RED 2 last night. I was suitably entertained.
Too much food today (Mum's b'day).

Roll on tomorrow.

Morning.

The Wisley trip was fruitful, as far as photos are concerned. The local biting insects found me tasty, too. :x

Today, editing 1200 photos. :x

Onwards and sideways.

Morning all,

Still on holiday, if you can call clearing out the crap cupboard being on holiday.

ION: my car is broken and the tax is due at the end of the month. I also have to renew my license.

Edit to add: forgot to mention that the fridge freezer decided to die. We have the extended cover but still had to throw away over a hundred quids worth of food.

Yay, I'm going to be poor forever!

Have a great day everyone.
